continually

                                                                                          Words matter. 

                                                                         It says “continually.” Not 

                                                              every once in a while, not in the 

                                                          morning, not on a schedule, not to

                                                  check off a box, (well, I’ve done THAT!)  

                                           not when you’re in trouble or turmoil, or pain 

                                 OR awe, not when the bottom falls out. Continually. 

                          Like the waves rolling in  &  rushing out agin. I’m aways 

                  there.   Alwayst here.  And. weets, it’s not his face.  it’s mine.
