As I was going in to continue EP I was thinking what a contradiction/mine boggle/paradox it is to have peace and the sword and how I love it, and then I read the second reading for tonight (Revelation 5:1-12) and saw what I never noticed before - that the Lion of Judah IS the Lamb!
George Higgins used to love the beginning of this passage - that there was no one else worthy to open the seal.
