The Presentation of Christ in the Temple

                My 

                soul 

                is 

                athirst 

                for 

                God, 

                athirst 

                for 

                the 

                living 

                God.

Thinking particularly 

today about Anna & Simeon, 

that thebeginning of Jesus’ 

life is the fulfillment of theirs. 

                                         Pray that the  

  light of Christ 

  shine on all, 

  old & young, 

  those waiting 

  their whole lives 

  for this Light to 

  come, & those who 

 do not know they 

  were waiting.
