_Psalm 30:6_______________________
Weep-
ing
may
spend
the
night,
but joy comes in the morning.
* Today we remember the lives and witness and work of four remarkable women liberators and prophets:
Elizabeth Caddy Stanton, 1815 to 1902, Amelia Bloomer, 1818 to 1894, SojournerT ruth, (née Isabellea [Belle] Baumfree 1897 to 1883, and Harriet Ross Tubman, 1820 to 1913. 1820 to 1913. The first two were white and the second two, black women born into slavery. Harriet was slated to replace Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill but that has been at best postponed by this Administration.
O God,
whos Spirit
guides us into
all truth and makes us free…
Give us vision and courage to stand against oppression and injustice and all that works against the glorious liberty it to which do you call all your children -Collect
