Prayer on the Eve of the Third Sunday of Advent as we await the coming of the of the Prince of Peace.

     Why 

        are 

       you 

    so full

 of heavi-

  ness, O 

my soul? 

       And 

  why so 

 disquiet-

 ed with-

  in me?

Put your

   trust in

 God, for 

I will yet 

  give thanks to him, 

        who is the help of my  

           countenance and my God.
