  to the God of my joy and gladness.

& hope does not dis-

     God's love 

           has been 

                 poured into  

                       our hearts  

                            through the Holy Spirit 

                                 that has been given to us.

Yesterday was the day of the accident in 1989 

when Gordon became quadriplegic and our life 

ended and another began.  Right after Gordon 

died 19 years later, and six weeks before Mom

died, she sent me a quote by Peter Gomes 

who was an author and a chaplain at Harvard:

                                                 Hope is that which 

                                      gets us through & beyond 

            when the worst that can happen, happens.
