Harriet Beecher Stowe, the author of Uncle Tom’s Cabin, (1852) about slavery  & its consequences for families ,“inspired antislavery movements in the North and widespread anger in the South,”  These conflicts eventually resulted in the Civil War &d has repercussions down to this day.The Bible Study at which 

9 people were killed at Mother Emmanuel AMC Church in SC because they were black resumes tonight.
