On this Earth Day, the church commemorates John Muir,naturalist and writer, founder of the Sierra Club and the Audubon Society (1832–1941) and Hudson Stuck, Episcopal priest and environmentalist (1863–1920) Both were born in The UK and one died in California, the other in Alaska.
