Friday the 13th

                                         I Corinthians 12:27,26 

                  Now 

                  you

                  are  

                  the 

                  body 

                  of 

                  Christ 

                  and 

                   individually members of it. 

                             If one member suffers, 

                                     all suffer together,

if 

one 

mem-

ber  

is 

honored, all rejoice together with it. 

                                  On May 30, 1991,

the original 

St David’s 

Church 

building   

was burned 

in an arson

fire. From

 then through

 January 1997 

we worshipped 

in the Parish

 Hall  (Ed Center)
 at an altar on
wheels that was built by Phil Loveless -it was
literally a moveable feast!  It was wheeled out
into the then courtyard for Thanksgiving  Euch-
arist while the Parish Hall wa set up  for our din-
ner guests from te neighborhood.)  As Susan  
always said in her dismisssal: 

                      “We do not GO  to church, 

                            we ARE the church. 

And the blessing of  God  Almighty, the 

Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit be with 

you and remain with you always.  Amen. “
