_______________________Psalm 121:1,2_
I
lift
lift
up
my
eyes
to
the
hills;
from where is my help to come?
my
eyes
to
the
hills;
from where is my help to come?
My help comes from the Lord,
the maker of heaven & earth.

was named Secretary of the Women’s Auxiliary of Board of Missions estab-
lished by General convention in 1871. She visited every diocese and missionary dis-trict in the US. In 1908 she was a delegate to the Pan-Anglican
Congress in Lon-don. It was she who created the UTO,
The United Thank Offering
God is Love, let heaven adore him;
God is Love, let earth rejoice;
let creation sing before him
and exult him with one voice,
God who made the earth’s foundation,
God who spread the heavens above
God who breathes through all creation:
God is Love, eternal Love.
God is Love and love enfolds us,
all the world in one embrace;
with unfailing grasp God holds us,
every child of every race.
And when human hearts are breaking
under sorrow’s iron rod,
then we find the self-same aching
deep within the heart of God.
God is Love and though with blindness
sin infects ll human life,
God’s eternal loving-kindness
guides us through our earthly strife.
Sin and death and hell shall never
o’er us final triumph gain:
God is Love, so Love forever
o’er the universe shall reign.
And if you know this tune, Abbot's Leigh,
it will sing itself in your heart all day!
