Holy Saturday

                                                Collect of the Day

Grant that, 

as 

the cruci-fied body 

of  

your 

dear Son 

was laid in the tomb 

and rested on this holy Sabbath, 

so we may wait with him the coming of the third day and with the rise to newness of life
