Be strong and 

let 

your heart take cour-age, 

all 

you who wait 

for 

the Lord.

I really love the passive construction of this - “let your heart take courage.”  I  don’t have to struggle to BE  courageous, God is ready to give me that gift if I LET him... I find that oftentimes  letting go and allowing my heart to take courage is a lot harder than holding on to whatever it is that is holding me back because first I have  to remember Who's in charge, and it's not  me.
