to sin once for all... 

For as in Adam all die, so also 

in Christ shall all be made alive. Alleluia

                                            The Pascha nostrum  Sometimes things just FLOW together. After the Pascha comes 
the psalm and the antiphon is ”Bless the Lord, O my soul, 
who redeems my life from the greave, hallelujah.”
