Psalm 56: 3, 4a
Whenever I am afraid, I put my trust
in you. In God, whose word I praise,
in God I trust and will not be afraid
“Alone, with none
but Thee, O God,
I journey on my way;
What need I fear when
Thou art near,
O King of night and day?”
I love this psalm. I will not be afraid, but WHEN I AM… The picture of the Vikings is why I don’t include of the second part of verse 4 “For what can flesh do to me?” coward that I am….
