The heav-ens de-clare the glory of God, and the firmament 

shows his handiwork. 

Today, which marks the end of 

The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, 

we pray for the nondenominational 

churches and for theologians and 

councils seeking to promote Christian 

unity while preserving Christian truth. 

Pray also for all preachers and  

for the opening of our eyes 

to see beyond this world.
