you gave
your people
the bread
of angels, and with-out their toil, you supplied them with bread ready to eat ...
For your sustenance manifested your sweetness toward
your children
Move our hearts
like hers,
to seek you
above a all things,
for in giving us
yourself,
you give us all
- Collect
Pray
for all who are leading a life of solitary commitment to God. For the continuing enrichment of the church by the prayer and presence of visionaries. And of thanksgiving for all who by their teaching & example have witnessed [& witness today] to the centrality of prayer.
