How
can
this
be…?
Enjoy the paradoxical, not this or that,
but this and that, life in the kingdom
today … the lowly exalted, big shots
deflated, the barren and the virgin,
mothers, the poor rich and the rich
poor, the last first in line and the
first at the back, the humble
exalted and the full of them-
selves emptied, dying to
live, surrendering to win,
giving to receive.... How can this be?
“Thy kingdom come…"
As I’ve sat with
this, walked with it through the
morning, it occurs to me that
the whole concept of winners & losers
loses…. we don’t have any adequate
words for kingdom living…. If one
is first and one is ast & then that
reverses, there’s still first and
last… But the point is equality… no line at
all. Which we don’t have a word for.
My Program friend Bob S says "I've
got to remember that I'm just another
brick in the wall. Yet without the
bricks there IS no wall at all
